BY USING, DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, COPYING, OR ACCESSING THE PRODUCT, OR BY CHOOSING THE "I ACCEPT" OPTION LOCATED ON OR ADJACENT TO THE SCREEN WHERE THIS AGREEMENT MAY BE DISPLAYED, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS BELOW. IF YOU ARE ACCEPTING THESE TERMS ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER PERSON OR A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE FULL RIGHT TO BIND THAT PERSON, COMPANY, OR LEGAL ENTITY TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, AND DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE IS CARRIED OUT, DO NOT USE, DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, COPY, OR ACCESS THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE, AND RETURN THE PRODUCT WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE TO THE PARTY FROM WHOM YOU BOUGHT IT PROMPTLY AND GET A REFUND OF THE SUM YOU PAID, IF ANY. IF YOU DOWNLOADED ANY SOFTWARE, GET IN TOUCH WITH THE PARTY FROM WHOM YOU ACQUIRED IT.
1StopEMarket provides complete support for its products sold. The support procedure only commences as soon as payment against the purchased product is verified. The support policy depends and may vary according to the products sold. 1StopEMarket has sole right to change any of the terms under the policy at any time without any prior intimation to the customers. However, we are ever ready to provide the best support to customers worldwide.
1StopEMarket warrantees on good faith that the Tablet PCs sold are free from manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. The support policy for the Tablet PCs manufactured by 1StopEMarket does limit to the documentation accompanying each product. However, there may not be any support available for third-party products involved. The support is completely based on remote access system. 1StopEMarket is not responsible for any kind of physical damages occurred due to mishandling of the product or any damage done through some applications. The availability of support may be limited but not including the natural calamity situations.
1StopEMarket warrantees on good faith that the Notebook sold are free from manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. The support policy against products sold does limit to the documentation accompanying each product. The support system does commence after proper verifications of payments made. At no circumstances the physical damages made would come under this support system. 1StopEMarket will only provide the remote support for all sorts of requirements. There may not be any replacement of hardware but may be repairs after verifications through support system. 1StopEMarket will reimburse the invoice value. 1StopEMarket believes in complete customer satisfaction. Please keep in mind that refund system can only be processed if the product/s are sent without any physically visible or internal damages made. 1StopEMarket has sole right to verify the health of the products sent for refund and return. 1StopEMarket takes no responsibility of damages made through transportation of products sent or returned for refund. 1StopEMarket is ready to accept the wish of customers to refund orders or accept return of products. But it is the sole responsibility of customer to let 1StopEMarket know about refund within 3 working days from the date of receiving parcel of product/s.
Please feel free to contact 1StopEMarket Customer Support through phone. After validating your return request over phone we will send you an email authorizing a return. But 1StopEMarket does not take responsibility of errors or failure in deliver of emails in this regards. The customer has to accept situations on good faith and mutual understanding. If there is any products to be sent back, that has to reach us within 10 days of receiving the authorization mail. In such circumstances delay in refund has to be accepted on mutual understanding. There will be proper health checkups of the products received. If there is found any damage in the products, 1StopEMarket will send back the product and refund system will close within 10 days of intimation.
However, customers can request for refund status over phone or email but 1StopEMarket does not warrantee any failure in providing regular updates. 1StopEMarket believes in better customer – vendor relationship and is ever ready to maintain this relation on mutual understanding and cooperation.
